
Quite often going to work and just doing your job is not that simple .
It can be very demanding ( on top of the job itself )
Due to mental health challenges from " co workers " .
They may act like they have just arrived from a madhouse ( insane asylum )
Their " malfunctioning upbringing " will be front and centre for them and YOU .
So you have to contend with a
" Misery guts " , " Riff Raff
character " , but hopefully not an axe murderer.
Their early lives were hell , so it's typical human nature to
Send this hellishness forward to a likely potential victim in the workplace .
Its important when things are going wrong ,
To regain your sense of equilibrium.
When things are " up the sh*t "
your sense of balance is disrupted .
Centre yourself with a new sense of equilibrium and fully balanced stability.
Try not to explore extremes .
Get back to your old self .
Don't let emotions drive your mental vehicle .
Get them out of the driver's seat and replace with cool rational balanced mindset .
If you are in the advanced stages of emotionalism
Dial them down ....
Keep them in check .
Human nature ( not the pop group ) is a tricky thing to conquer.
Its in our nature to restrict ourselves to comfort zones & comfy bad habits .
We may preach that our goal is to excel ,
But in actual fact , our hidden dark sides ,
hinder a lot of good things happening.
Your mission ,
If you choose to accept it ....
this week and beyond ,
is to explore , seek out and neutralize the dark hidden " hand brakes " in your mind /s .
If things went according to plan ,always ...
we wouldn't read about all the bad news that bombards us daily in the media .
